E-Bill Express FAQ

This document has been updated with answers to questions about the Wells Fargo Equipment Finance — Manufacturer Services Group online payment application.

How do I contact Customer Care?

You can reach Customer Care at 1-800-213-0657 or WFEFMSGCustomerCare@wellsfargo.com. Our hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST).

Do I need any special hardware or software to sign up for E-Bill Express payment services?

No special hardware or software is required to use this service. All you need is a standard Web browser. For optimum results we recommend the most current version of the Internet Explorer Web browser.

After enrolling, when can I start making online payments?

After you complete and submit the enrollment form and respond to the activation email, you will be able to begin making payments online. You can then access the service to pay a current invoice or view previous payments made via E-Bill Express.

What kind of security does this site use?

The web site uses security measures to safeguard information and limit access, including:
  • User ID and password protection: An authorized company representative decides who in his or her organization may view account information and perform financial transactions, using a valid user ID and password.
  • Security Question: You will be asked to choose a security question and provide an answer for an added layer of security in the event that you forget your password or need to create a new password.
  • Session time-out: A user’s session will automatically terminate after 15 minutes of inactivity. This helps prevent unauthorized users from accessing the site under another user’s ID and password. After a session time-out, the user will need to re-enter his or her user ID and password.

What if I forgot my password?

If you forget your password, please follow the system prompts to create a new password. For your privacy and security, our Customer Service Representatives do not have access to your password and cannot retrieve it for you.

Is there a cost or fee for this service or to make a payment online?

There is no cost to enroll or to make a payment online.

Can I schedule automatic reoccurring payments using E-Bill Express?

No. If you would like to set up your account on recurring ACH (automated clearing house) payments, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance

When will you process my online payment?

Payments made prior to 8:00 PM (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday will be credited to your account as of the same business day. Payments made after 8:00 PM (Eastern Time) Monday-Friday and payments made or scheduled to be made on a weekend or a day that is a bank holiday, at any time, will be credited to your account as of the next business day. Payments not credited to your account by your agreement due date may be subject to a late charge as provided in your agreement.

What payment options are available?

You have several options:
  • Pay online: You can use this website to make an online payment.
  • Pay by phone: You may utilize our automated Voice Response system and authorize a payment from your bank account. This service is available 24 hours a day at a reasonable cost. Please make sure you have your account number ready when you call. Please refer to the Customer Care information above for our toll-free phone number.
  • Pay by mail: Please be sure to write your complete account number or customer number on your check before mailing. Please contact Customer Care for the appropriate mailing address.

Can I view the balance on my accounts?

No. E-Bill Express can only be used to make online payments. Please contact Customer Care for balance information.

The amount of my invoice, payment amount and/or payment date seems incorrect. What should I do?

If you have questions regarding an invoice, please contact Customer Care.

Can I make a payment in an amount greater than the amount of my invoice?

No. Please contact Customer Care if you have questions.

Where can I find my account number?

You can find your account number on your most recent invoice.
